Travis Kelce grins as Taylor Swift sings the lyrics of her marriage proposal from “Love Story” during the Eras Tour stop in London

Travis Kelce grinned — and even appeared to blush — as Taylor Swift sang about an engagement in “Love Story” during the first Eras tour show in London on Friday.

In a video On social media, the professional football star can be seen dancing to the beat of his girlfriend’s hit song and flashing a smirk as she sings: “He got down on his knees and pulled out a ring / And said, ‘Marry me, Julia / You’ll never have to be alone.'”

His childlike smile caught the attention of his fans and made them excited about the possibility of an engagement in the future.

“I’m probably imagining it, but… It really does look like Travis is giving a mischievous little grin when she sings about getting down on her knees and pulling out a ring.” An X user commented.

“She’s seen so many women get proposed to at her concerts. What if he came on stage during this song and proposed to her???” asked one TikTok fan.

“I mean, his grin, the song, the whole gang that’s there, I’m just saying it wouldn’t be a bad time 😉,” suggested a third.

Swifties were also excited to see Travis’ brother Jason Kelce belting it out behind him in the VIP tent. Jason’s wife Kylie Kelce was also in attendance at the show.

While the Kansas City Chiefs tight end has remained tight-lipped about any engagement plans, a person close to the couple told Page Six earlier this year that they had “talked about” getting engaged around their first anniversary in July.

“Scott was asked for his blessing and gave it wholeheartedly, and Travis has talked to friends about a ring,” another source told us last December.

Swift and Travis, both 34, made their romance public in September 2023 when the singer attended her boyfriend’s NFL game against the Chicago Bears.

She cheered him on at twelve more games during his football season, while he, in turn, flew to South America, Asia and Europe to see her on stage.

Despite some backlash, the “Midnights” singer made it clear in her profile as Time Magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year that she and Travis are not ashamed to flaunt their love.

“When you say a relationship is public, it means I see him doing what he loves. We are there for each other, other people are there and we don’t care,” she noted.

“The opposite of that is that you have to go to extreme lengths to make sure that no one knows that you’re meeting someone. And we’re just proud of each other.”

Earlier this month, Kelce revealed that he enjoys cooking with the Grammy winner.

“Taylor makes great Pop-Tarts and cinnamon rolls,” he added.
