Richard Simmons was a fitness legend from the 1970s onwards. Simmons rose to fame when he pioneered his “Sweatin’ to the Oldies” aerobic workouts and subsequently opened his own gym, Slimmons, which he ran until it closed in 2016. He said he knows people “miss him” and that he “misses them too.”
