Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s upcoming U.S. visit – the first during his current term, which is expected to include a speech to both houses of Congress and likely a meeting with President Biden at the White House – marks a critical moment in the Gaza war and the sometimes-tense alliance between Washington and Jerusalem.
