“Terminator Zero” teaser trailer previews Netflix series

Netflix has officially launched the first Terminator Zero – Teaser Trailerwith a preview of the upcoming anime series based on the legendary franchise.

What happens in the Terminator Zero trailer?

The new trailer features the debut of Sonoya Mizuno (House of the Dragon), who will play the voice of Eiko, a resistance fighter sent back in time to stop Skynet’s attack on humanity. She will join stars Timothy Olyphant, Rosario Dawson, André Holland and Ann Dowd, who will all appear in the show’s premiere on August 29, 2024.

The series was developed and executive produced by Mattson Tomlin. Skydance’s David Ellison, Dana Goldberg and Don Granger serve as executive producers. Terminator Zero comes from Japanese animation studio Production IG (Ghost in the Shell) and will be eight episodes long.

What do we know about Terminator Zero?

“2022: For decades, a future war has raged between the few human survivors and an endless army of machines. 1997: The AI ​​known as Skynet gained self-awareness and began its war against humanity,” the synopsis states.
