Prestige High Flyers Club, Season 2, Week 4: Mastering Leadership Communication and Digital Branding in the AI ​​Age to Make an Impact | Prestige Online

The fourth week of the Prestige High Flyers Club consisted of an intensive and insightful series of keynote speakers aimed at enhancing participants’ skills in leadership communication, digital branding in the AI ​​age, and high-performance brand development.

The day began with an exciting workshop on “Mastering Leadership Communication”, led by Chayathip Lojanakosin, Executive Trainer and Charismatic Communication Consultant at U2Pro Co., Ltd. Participants delved into the fundamentals of effective communication and discovered how important body language really is. They then learned the 7-38-55% rule, which emphasizes the impact of words, tone of voice and body language, and the Golden Triangle Rule, which highlights the power of eye contact.

At the end of the session, participants put their newly acquired knowledge to the test and delivered an acceptance speech at the awards ceremony, allowing them to hone their newly acquired skills in a practical environment.

After a short tea break, the participants focused on a session on Digital Branding in the Age of AI, led by Aditip Panupong, Head of Industry and Strategic Partnerships at Google Thailand. Participants were introduced to machine learning concepts and learned that much of what surrounds us in everyday life is already AI. The session ended with an interactive activity where participants went through a hands-on branding process using Google AI.

The last session of the day, led by the CEO of Fastwork, CK Cheong, The focus was on developing an effective brand. Participants learned that branding is not necessarily marketing and how to convey the feeling and essence of their brand to consumers, as this determines purchasing power. Cheong also led participants through a workshop on personal branding, conveying the importance of having a clear point of view, standing above the noise, staying authentic and having clear intentions.

The evening ended with dinner and a live performance by a band from Bondipidiand brings audiences classics from Mark Ronson to the BeeGees. The Prestige High Flyers Club continues to provide a dynamic platform for individuals looking to improve their leadership skills and highlights the importance of continuous learning and adaptation.
