A property that has just hit the real estate market in Camarillo, California’s Santa Rosa Valley has been enjoying a remarkable reputation on social media for several years.

Before it was even a reality show on Netflix, “Hype House” was the name of a property in a gated community in the rolling hills of Southern California, about 50 miles northwest of Los Angeles. The eight-bedroom, 10-bathroom home was the final resting place of a variety of TikTok stars and wannabe stars, including members of Gen Z.

“Imagine a fraternity made up of people who have millions of followers and dollars. And something like a ring light,” said one of the Hype House members – Nikita Dragun – according to Business Insider.

This was the basis of the reality show. And now the property, which one of the property managers paid $5 million for, is back on the market for $5.495 million.

“Welcome to a truly one-of-a-kind, majestic estate nestled on over 20 acres of the stunning Santa Rosa Valley,” reads the ad at The Agency.

“Wide lawns and 360-degree panoramic views of the city, mountains and ocean create a uniquely picturesque setting. Located in the exclusive, gated equestrian community of Lexington Hills, this residence offers unparalleled privacy and prestige.”

Features of the residence include:

  • Private driveway

  • High ceilings

  • Curved staircase

  • court

  • Modernized kitchen

  • Pool with water slide

  • Pool bar

  • Two spas

  • Outdoor lounge areas

The Netflix series only ran for one season.
