Taylor Swift asks for help in Italian at Milan Eras Tour concert

Taylor Swift keeps an eye on the safety of her fans – no matter where in the world she is.

The “Tortured Poets” section The 34-year-old singer interrupted a performance of her song “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” during her second night at Milan’s San Siro Stadium on Sunday, July 14, to seek security’s help for a fan in the audience.

“Aiutare, per favore,” she said during a break in the song, pointing to a seat in the crowd. She repeated the request in English and said, “We need some help over there, please.”

Swift is not shy when it comes to showing off her massive Epoch Tour Production was halted for fan safety. On the first night of her performance in Edinburgh, Scotland, Swift refused to move on until a fan was helped.

“She’s right there. I’m just going to keep playing until somebody helps them. I’m going to sing this song,” the Grammy winner said as she strummed a guitar and waited for a fan to be helped. “Just let me know. I can do this all night.” After fans were helped, Swift checked in again and said “Great!” before launching into her next song.

The next night, she had a similar experience: she stopped her show four times to ask the venue staff for help.

Fans needing help wasn’t the only mishap at Swift’s Milan shows. She had to stop the acoustic portion of her first Milan show after contracting a virus.

“I knew it was going to happen because there are so many bugs here tonight,” she told the crowd. “Just a minute, I just need to cough.”

When the show was allowed to take place as planned, Call The singer delighted her fans with some changes to her Eras Set and costumes. She unveiled a new dress during her Speak Now Set and black and gold dress during the Fearless Part of the concert and updated lyrics on the white dress she wore during the TTPD Part of the show. The new white dress read: “Who’s afraid of me? You should be.”

While performing in Italy, Swift won three Kids’ Choice Awards. The “Karma” singer won the awards for Favorite Female Artist, Favorite Global Music Star and Favorite Ticket of the Year for the Eras Tour. Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce won an award for Favorite Male Sports Star. Kelce was also absent from the awards ceremony as he was competing in the 2024 American Century Celebrity Golf Championship in Nevada.
