The Prince of Wales and his son Prince George are among the famous faces cheering on England as they play against Spain in the European Championship final in Berlin.

Piers Morgan, Olly Murs and Louis Tomlinson will also be in attendance, as celebrities join the thousands of ticket holders at the Olympic Stadium.

The British royals are joined by Felipe VI, King of Spain, and his daughter, Princess Sofia of Spain.

William, 42, and 10-year-old George watch alongside Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer and Culture, Media and Sport Secretary Lisa Nandy.

When asked by ITV pundit Gary Neville about a possible holiday in the event of an English victory, Sir Keir said: “We should certainly mark the occasion”, but did not confirm a day off for the country as he did not want to “jinx” it.

Morgan, 59, posted a photo of himself and his two sons at the game on X with the caption: “Come on England – bring this thing home!”

Pop star Murs is now documenting his trip to Berlin on Instagram.

He posted a video of himself leaving the airport singing in his England jersey.

Pop stars Ed Sheeran and Adele were spotted at the semi-final earlier this week, where England beat the Netherlands 2-1.

Others who wished England good luck include American singer Katy Perry, who posted “It’s coming home” on X.

However, fans were quick to point out that she accidentally used the British flag emoji instead of the English one.

The English men’s team has not won a major tournament since 1966.
