Bergie gives his opinion on which couple he thinks will make it to the final four of the sixth season of the hit Peacock dating show Love Island USA
Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen has completed his final four couples for the sixth season of Love Island USA.
The hit show on Peacock is coming to an end soon, the finale is for SSunday, July 21. At the finale, one couple from the final four is chosen as the audience favorite and receives the cash prize if the other half of the couple chooses to split. At the envelope ceremony in the finale, the couple with the most votes from the audience each receives an envelope. One contains $100,000 and the other is blank. The person who receives the envelope with the prize money can decide whether to split it or keep it for themselves.
Season 6 was a turbulent and exciting season full of trouble and drama with all the pairings and re-pairings. Fans have an idea of who they think (and hope) will be in the top four amidst all the turmoil, but also after the recent resolution. They also want to know Bergie’s theories on the matter. The former contestant spoke to the Mirror about his top four picks and why.

“I’ve been asked about this a lot and these are my predictions. I’m sure Kordell and Serena will get back together. They’ll make it to the final four… they’re definitely in the top three,” Bergie said.
“People like the positive quality of the story that Kordell is going to win Serena back, and I think that will get them a lot of votes,” he continued.
Kordell and Serena decided to officially give their relationship another chance on the Thursday, July 11 episode after the disaster of Casa Amor, where Kordell became intimate with another woman, Daia. Serena received videos of the two kissing and making out in bed under the covers, which almost seemed like the end for the couple. Now, after a week of tears, anger, betrayal and reconciliation, the two are back together and “segregated.”
“Then we have Nicole and Kendall. I think they’re in the top three too,” the 24-year-old continued.
“Nicole and Kendall might not get any votes because they’ve been so quiet all season, like you guys just got together and got through it,” Bergie explained.
But this week, Nicole and Kendall’s relationship was put to the test on Friday, July 12, when a bombshell named Harrison entered the villa. Harrison, who is from the fifth series of the dating show, decided to go on a date with Nicole, but Nicole let him know that she was “closed” about Kendall.
Bergie rounded out his final four by naming these pairs for his remaining two spots.
“Kenny and JaNa will be in the top three… fourth place I think is Leah and Miguel. Or Leah and someone else. Because Leah has so many fans, she could easily make it,” he concluded.
So far, Bergie’s predictions may prove to be correct, as all four couples are currently doing well after going through individual difficult phases in their relationships – from “Casa Amor” to “Movie Night” to “Sexbombs.”
