Zuri Hall denies rumors about a relationship with Travis Kelce
Zuri Hall shrugs off rumors that he is dating Travis Kelce.
The 36-year-old television presenter chatted with Page Six’s “Virtual Reality Tea” co-hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real on Tuesday during the 2024 Cannes Lions Festival, where she refuted speculation that she had an affair with the NFL player before he got together with Taylor Swift.
“He’s a guy from Ohio, shoutout to Trav, definitely the buddy,” said Hall, a Toledo native, at Stagwell’s Sport Beach activation on the city’s famous Croisette.
The Access Hollywood correspondent, who came to the week-long fest with NBCUniversal to appear at several events with media, marketing and advertising executives, noted that she is a fan of Swift, 34, and enjoys watching her romance with Kelce, also 34, in the public eye.
“I love him and Taylor together; it’s been really fun to see that blossom and thrive in the public eye,” Hall said. “And yes, Ohio all day.”
In October 2022, Hall sat in a suite with the Kelce family at a Kansas City Chiefs game, raising questions about her relationship status.
The couple was later seen together in the background of a video shared by one of Kelce’s friends.
However, nothing happened between the two, stressed Hall, who could meet Kelce and his older brother Jason on Thursday in the south of France when the two take part in panel discussions at Sport Beach.
“I laugh at these things, especially when rumors aren’t true. So yeah, I just… let it all roll off my back,” she said of the gossip surrounding the romance.
Although Hall does not currently have a partner, she is open to meeting the man of her dreams.
“Dating is fun. It can be stressful, it can be annoying, but I think it depends on what you make of it,” she told us.
Hall – who previously dated former Chargers tight end Sean Culkin – said she could write her next chapter with someone from the entertainment industry, although a big name isn’t necessarily required.
“At this point, we’re flexible. Whatever happens, happens,” the reporter said from the sidelines of “American Ninja Warrior,” joking that her “dream man” could be a celebrity – but is simply “single and available.”
“Sometimes these men come to you and say, ‘Look, I have a wife at home and she doesn’t know anything about it,'” she complained.
Until she finds her future husband, Hall is primarily focused on her relationship with NBCUniversal and continuing her career at the television company.
“At the end of the day, I just continue to enjoy being at NBCUniversal,” she said, gushing that her job at “Access” and co-hosting the “Live from E!” red carpet specials are among her favorite jobs.
“It’s really fun! More red carpets, we’re heading into fall, so the Emmys should be right around the corner after summer.”
