Chris Brown got pretty angry when he caught wind of an impersonator on social media. After several people tagged him in posts by influencer and musician Tigo Fariah, the “Run It” singer expressed that he had finally had enough.

“Imitating me is fucking lame…you look like you’re missing a chromosome. BE MY N**A…YOU COULD NEVER BE ME! SO STOP BEFORE I KICK THE SHIT OUT OF YOU,” Brown commented on a post by Fariah.

Of course, fans enjoyed Brown’s open dissatisfaction.

“But seriously, there’s a difference between being a fan and being obsessed with someone to the point of trying to be them, right down to the piercings, and you can’t help how you look, but you sure as hell shouldn’t try to make yourself a whole different person because you have similarities in appearance. Find YOURSELF and just be YOU. Don’t half-ass it and just say ‘fuck it’. I’ll be that guy because we look alike. This is wild,” one user commented.

“Calm down man! Here in Brazil we are like that and we are already used to your doppelgänger. If you start a fight with him, you start a fight with all of us and even with your Brazilian fans,” someone else remarked. “The only thing I find funny is that he said he looks like he is missing a chromosome, but THEY LOOK THE SAME,” another added.

Getting saucy on social media is nothing new for Brown. Recently, the singer responded to PARTYNEXTDOOR’s Twitter outburst over the portrayal of an ex-girlfriend in a music video starring Jeremih and Bryson Tiller. “N**gas sometimes talk without thinking… and then call my people and try to take that sh*t back. NOOOO N**GA go on your socials and apologize or keep the same energy when you see me,” he wrote.
