Otakon welcomes voice actors Shinnosuke Tachibana and Koki Uchiyama – News

The staff for Otakon 2024 announced on Monday that it will host voice actors Shinnosuke Tachibana (picture right) and Kōki Uchiyama.

Tachibana has created characters like Aoshi Tokimitsu in Blue CastleYuki in IDOLiSH7 Series, Morisuke Yaku in Haikyuu!!Mey Mey in Wonderful pre-curing!and Nils Nielsen in Building Gundam Fighters.

Uchiyama lent his voice to Rin Itoshi in Blue CastleBanagher Links in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn RE:0096Tomura Shigaraki in My Hero AcademiaRui in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibaand Mithrun in Tasty in the Dungeon among other characters.

Otakon is also host Studio Trigger president Masahiko OtsukaAnimators Aoi Abe And Sae Otani, BL Manga artist Kyoko AibaRock band FLOWand manga artist Hinoki Cinema. It is host voice actor Hideo IshikawaVoice Actor Uki Satakeand director Hiroshi Nagahama. The event will also host the staff of CG anime Studio Orangeincluding CG Director Akihiko Orikasadirector Kensuke YamamotoManufacturer Yoshihiro Watanabeand chief producer Kiyotaka Waki. Composer Yuki Hayashi will attend the event as guests. Other guests are Square-Enix‘S Yoshinori KitaseNaoki Hamaguchi and Teruki Endo; Blue Miburo Manufacturer Nakata, Hiroya – A Life for Eternity And Nozomi Shimakuraand the voice actor of the anime Shūichiro Umeda; Haganai light novel author Yomi Hirasaka and editor Kentaro Iwaasa; And The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse Voice Actor Toya Kikunosuke, Aino Shimadaand producer Takuma Kishida.

Otakon 2024 is scheduled for August 2-4 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. Last year’s event took place in July 2023.
