“It’s a nice voyeuristic way to see your husband, but I’m kind of weird that way,” said one actress whose husband called her a “little freak.”
For many actors in Hollywood, filming X-rated scenes for their movies and TV shows can be an uncomfortable experience – but for their real-life partners, it can be even more uncomfortable! Although what happens on set is just acting, watching your husband or wife become intimate with another person can definitely be a strange experience. While most actors say their parents are understanding about this part of their job, most of them admit that they skip these scenes completely when watching their movies!

Before Channing Tatumhas separated from his wife Jenna DewanHe admitted that they both found it difficult to watch each other’s love scenes. Although he understood that it was all part of the job, they covered each other’s eyes when things got too heated.
“I mean, she’s a very sexy person, and that’s obviously the reason I’m with her. There are a lot of reasons – but that’s at the top of the list. She also watches when I do love scenes, and we’ve had to kind of find our way with that. She covers my eyes and I cover hers,” he told Redbook at the time.

Jamie Dornan had quite a few hot scenes in the 50 Shades of Grey series, and although he says his wife, Amelia Warner, was OK with him doing his job, she definitely didn’t tune in to watch it afterward.
“She doesn’t want to watch it. She wants to support me and my work. I’m not going to be able to sit there myself. I’m not going to pressure her in any way. It’s her decision. She’s well aware that it’s an act, but it’s probably not that pleasant to watch,” he told USA Today.
