Can anyone play at the ISCO Championship Stadium Keene Trace Golf Club?

Keene Trace Golf Club offers its members 36 holes of first-class golf and facilities in the rolling hills of Central Kentucky.

Champion Trace and Keene Run golf courses are just 15 minutes from downtown Lexington.

Keen Trace is a private golf club but is very accommodating to its members’ guests.

Keene Trace offers a unique club experience by combining two outstanding golf courses. The immaculate course conditions challenge golfers of all abilities. The breathtaking scenery and the beautiful horse farms in the background provide an ideal setting for training or relaxation.

Golfers can hone their skills in the recently remodeled short game areas, which are fully equipped for daily practice.

During the cooler months, members can use the heated, covered teeing areas of the High-Performance Golf Academy.

Members can play golf seven days a week without interruptions at Champions or Keene Run.

Since it is an all-inclusive club, there are no additional costs for members for cart use, green fees or access to the practice facilities.

Furthermore, members are not required to pay a minimum annual consumption of food and beverages beyond their normal membership fee.

How can non-members play at Keene Trace Golf Club?

Non-members of the club may play at Keene Trace, but must do so as either an accompanied guest or a sponsored guest.

This means that you must either play the course with a member and at their invitation, or play the course alone and with the patronage of a member.

The club requires guests to pay by credit card or cash for green fees, cart fees, and food and beverages.

The courses

The Champion Trace course at Keene Trace Golf Club was designed by world-renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills.

The course was built in 1987 by Tom Heilbron, a former president and current member.

Although Arthur Hills left his mark in many areas of the country, he is considered the one who gave Champion Trace a special touch in the late 1980s.

Champion Trace has been considered one of the best golf courses in the state of Kentucky since its opening.

If you don’t want the championship course experience, you can still enjoy the scenery as you stroll Keene Run’s 208 acres, which are home to several horse ranches.

Large greens, wide fairways and a distinctive par 3 are the features of this course. The fairways and greens of Keene Run are covered in bent grass, a course suitable for players of all abilities.
