Pokémon Horizons: The series will come to life at Comic-Con International 2024

Following their first appearance and panel at Comic-Con International 2023, The Pokémon Company International today announced their upcoming return to San Diego with an interactive booth at Comic-Con International 2024, beginning with Preview Night on July 24 and running through July 28. The booth, themed “Pokémon Horizons: The Series,” invites Trainers to learn more about the first new Pokémon animated series in more than 25 years with exciting photo opportunities, interactive experiences, and fun giveaways.

Located in the San Diego Convention Center’s Exhibit Hall, Pokémon Booth #235 will take Trainers into the world of Pokémon, where they’ll learn more about Pokémon Horizons: The Series, including the two protagonists Liko and Roy and their respective partner Pokémon Sprigatito and Fuego. With an interactive walkthrough design and fun activities, Trainers will embark on their own Pokémon adventure while discovering other Pokémon and characters from the show, including Friede, Captain Pikachu, and the rest of the Rising Volt Tacklers.

Visitors to the Pokémon booth will also have the opportunity to win Pokémon Horizons: The Series-themed goodies through booth giveaways—while supplies last—and discover additional product offerings at Pokémon Center, the leading online destination for official Pokémon merchandise.

Trainers in the U.S. can watch the latest episodes of Pokémon Horizons: The Series exclusively on Netflix, with Part 3 premiering soon on August 9, 2024.

Comic-Con International attendees who visit the Pokémon booth can add Roy’s Fuecoco, as seen in Pokémon Horizons: The Series, to their Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet team by picking up a card with a Mystery Gift(i) password. Cards will be available starting at Preview Night on July 24, while supplies last. Trainers unable to attend Comic-Con International can obtain Roy’s Fuecoco in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet starting July 26, 2024. More details will be announced at a later date.

Visitors interested in learning more about Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet for Nintendo Switch™ systems will have the opportunity to watch live demonstrations from Pokémon video game experts at the Pokémon booth. The demonstrations will familiarize visitors with various features of Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, such as catching, training, and battling Pokémon and exploring the vast areas of the Paldea region.

Trainers can enjoy additional Pokémon experiences and products on the show floor, including a fun photo opportunity with a fiery Pokémon at the Jazwares booth #3513, as well as Jazwares’ event-exclusive Kanto Region Team Figure Set featuring premium figures of popular Pokémon. Trainers will also have the opportunity to purchase a variety of other Pokémon items on-site, including the event-exclusive Pokémon Book Bundle, which includes both the My Pokémon Cookbook gift set and Amazing Pokémon Paper Crafts at a discounted price at the Insight Editions booth #2129, and the Pokémon Premier Ball Ornament at the Hallmark booth #3348. This ornament is available exclusively at Comic-Con International and New York Comic Con.

Additionally, Trainers can check out the Pop! Jumbo Arceus at the Funko booth #5341, the new Pokémon COLLECTIV accessory line at the Loungefly booth #5145, and plastic model kits at the Bandai Spirits booth #3837.
