After an extensive renovation project, the historic University Club opened its doors in May, ushering in a new era at the University of Alabama. Here are five things you may not have known about the reimagined University Club.

Memberships

Membership for faculty and staff is $40 per month plus a $200 initiation fee. Xlife memberships are also offered for $55 more per month, which include 50% off daily meals at the Home Club, access to meals at golf and stadium clubs within the Invited network, and travel benefits for golfers. Corporate memberships are also available for UA departments.

  • New dining areas These include fine dining at Legacy 1834 and casual dining at Tusk Bar and Grill.
  • Sunday Brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with an interactive omelet station, unlimited mimosas and a Bloody Mary station.

  • Unparalleled experiences on the game weekend including Friday Night Live, Saturday Tailgate and Victory Brunches.
