Eminem talks about his death in heartbreaking new song with his daughter Hailie Jade

Eminem made his fans “cry like a baby” after the rapper addressed his death in a new song he wrote for his daughter Hailie Jade.

The rapper released his highly anticipated studio album on Friday (July 12) and hip-hop fans have been analyzing the 19-track project ever since.

The record, titled “The Death Of Slim Shady (Coup De Grâce),” promised to kill his alter ego Slim Shady once and for all.

We first got to know Slim in 1999 with the huge hit “My Name Is” and a year later with “The Real Slim Shady”.

As you probably know, the provocative character rocked a bleached blonde haircut and a “I don’t give a shit” attitude.

And throughout the new album, no one is safe, as Eminem takes aim at P Diddy and even his own children.

While most of the project features a rejuvenated Slim Shady, one track features Eminem making a heartbreaking confession to his daughter in the event of his death.

In “Temporary,” the father of three tries to calm Hailie by telling her that life after his death will be difficult, but it will be okay.

At the beginning of the track we hear an old recording of a conversation between young Eminem and Hailie when she was a child.

The introduction between the two reads: “A lot of people ask me if I’m afraid of death. The truth is that I think what scares me most is that I can’t say everything.”

“I want to tell you when I’m no longer here. So this song is for Hailie, in case that day comes

“Where is Hailie? Where is she? That’s not Hailie. Who is it?

“It’s a monster.”

He raps: “Take care of Eleana, Stevie and Uncle Nate / And, honey, be strong; I know I was your rock and I still am / Saying goodbye is never easy / Why are you crying? Just stop / Hailie, baby, dry your eyes, this ain’t forever.”

Fans have since taken to social media to say that “the title should have come with a warning.”

“I didn’t think I would cry today to Eminem’s new album but holy shit. I was rooting for the music until ‘Temporary’ came on and I just had to start crying holy shit. Such a beautiful song,” one person commented.

“Eminem’s song ‘Temporary’ is truly a tearjerker, man,” wrote a second.

A third wrote: “Why did you do that Eminem? You made me cry like a baby. ‘Temporary’ is so beautiful…”

The rapper has three children with his ex-wife Kim Scott: Hailie Jade Scott, Alaina Scott and Stevie Laine Scott.

Meanwhile, the 28-year-old recently married her partner Evan McClintock and her 51-year-old father wore a tuxedo, dark glasses and Nike Air Jordans to the wedding.

That day he also experienced a touching moment with Hailie.
