Travis Kelce dedicates karaoke award to Taylor Swift at charity golf event

Travis Kelce dedicates a special award to his girlfriend Taylor Swift!

On Thursday, July 11, the Kelce brothers participated in the American Century Championship charity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and 34-year-old Travis once again showed off his singing talents when he took the stage for a karaoke contest.

After belting out Whitesnake’s 1982 hit “Here I Go Again,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was named the karaoke winner and gave 34-year-old Taylor a shout-out as he accepted the award.

After jumping up and down in excitement when his name was called, the athlete jokingly pretended to cry as he stepped up to the microphone and said, “Taylor, this is for you,” in a video shared on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Then Travis held up his award and said to the audience, “I love you guys!”

In a video posted on the New heights with Jason and Travis Kelce On the podcast’s Instagram page, you could see Travis putting all his energy into singing the Whitesnake song.

“Nothing beats @killatrav’s stage presence,” read the caption of the clip, with the text “Travis on stage in Tahoe” written above the video.

Other notable karaoke performances by Travis at the charity party over the years include his singing of “Pride and Joy” by Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble in 2022, as seen in a clip shared on X, and “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey in 2019.

His karaoke fun isn’t the first time Travis has shown off his singing skills this year. In February, he took to the microphone to address Chiefs fans at the 2024 Super Bowl victory parade.

In a slurring voice, Travis urged the crowd, “If you know this song, sing along!” before launching into his own version of Garth Brooks’ 1990 hit “Friends in Low Places.”

“Blame my roots. I showed up in boots and ruined the Niners,” Travis began, reading the lyrics from his phone.

He continued singing, “Take that glass of champagne…” before looking at teammate Patrick Mahomes and joking, “Pat took the glass of champagne, I promise you that.”

“When I… and I toasted to you,” Travis continued singing before Patrick finally took the microphone and helped him finish the song.
