Frankie Grande, the brother of singer and actress Ariana Grande, refuted theories that the 31-year-old is a cannibal – a person who eats human flesh. In response to a copy-paste meme of Grande, her brother said: “Listen, I know my sister has been eating girls for years, but this is a little extreme! Plus, she’s vegan.”
Cannibal rumors about Ariana Grande spread on TikTok
Frankie GrandeSinger and actor ArianaGrande‘s brother, refuted theories that the 31-year-old was a cannibal – a person who eats human flesh. Responding to a copy-paste meme of Grande, her brother said, “Listen, I know my sister has been eating the girls for years, but this is a little extreme! Also, she’s vegan.”
This came after several social media users wondered whether Ariana Grande was a cannibal or had an interest in cannibalism. However, many of her fans defended the 31-year-old.
“Nobody with an ounce of sense or a functioning brain cell actually believes that Ariana Grande of all people is a cannibal… let’s all get down to earth and seriously put this total non-issue behind us,” said one person on X, a platform formerly known as Twitter.
“Ariana is not a cannibal. Stop spreading misinformation to get unannounced concert tickets,” another person added.
“TikTok seriously thinks Ariana is a cannibal now?” asked a third person on the platform run by Elon Musk.
While Ariana herself did not respond to the rumor, her brother almost immediately defended her. He clarified that the singer is vegan.
Grande recently addressed doubts about her vocal changes and talked about how vocal modulation differs in men and women when it comes to music. On July 9, she was a guest on the Shut Up Evan podcast with Evan Ross Katz. The 31-year-old said it’s “a normal thing that people do, especially if they have a wide vocal range.”
