Sedona News – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of “The Nature of Love,” showing July 19-24 at the Mary D. Fisher and Alice Gill-Sheldon Theaters.

Sophia, a philosophy professor, has been in a stable and conventional marriage with Xavier for a decade. When Sophia meets Sylvain, a craftsman who is renovating the couple’s new country house, they begin a passionate affair.

Director Monia Chokri delivers a clever and sexy romantic comedy, injecting it with snappy energy and a fresh perspective that turns the conventions of the genre (and gender) on their head.

“A romantic comedy that is as sharp and insightful as it is funny. A deft, sexy and slightly wicked examination of romantic passion in a real-life setting.” – Wendy Ide, Screen Daily
