Badger wrestler Ryan Rogers received $200 thanks to a donation from the Arkadelphia Lions Club. The rising Arkadelphia High School senior, three-time state champion and two-time conference champion, spoke to the club on Thursday, June 13, 2024, about his experiences, accomplishments and goals as a wrestler.

With 12 years of wrestling experience, the 138-pounder qualified for the Arkansas National Wrestling Team this summer as one of over 75 young wrestlers from across the state. Rogers will compete this week in the Junior National Duals in Tulsa, Oklahoma, June 19-22.

Rogers told the club he has ambitions to become a UFC professional fighter. Two colleges currently have their eye on Rogers.
