Taylor Swift reveals 4 “favorite songs” in honor of 113th Eras Tour show

Taylor Swift celebrated the 113th show of her record-breaking Eras Tour on Tuesday by introducing the audience in Zurich to four of her “favorite songs.”

The 34-year-old pop icon told the audience that the show was a special milestone because it included the number 13, which she considers her lucky number for a variety of reasons. “This is actually our 113th show of the Eras Tour, and that’s my favorite number that I never mention,” she joked with the audience, in a quote obtained by People Magazine. “I just thought since it’s my favorite number, I would play some of my favorite songs for the acoustic portion.”

Swift then surprised her fans with a mashup of “Right Where You Left Me” from her album “Evermore” and “All You Had to Do Was Stay” from “1989”.

She then played a piano mashup of “Last Kiss” from “Speak Now” and “Sad Beautiful Tragic” from “Red” and wished the audience “a happy 9th of July to all who celebrate it.”

The “Bad Blood” singer was apparently referring to another milestone – the first anniversary of the release of “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)”, the re-recorded version of her 2010 album.

The date, July 9, holds an important place in Swift’s discography as it is mentioned in “Last Kiss,” where she sings, “On this 9th of July/ the beat of your heart/ It jumps through your shirt/ I can still feel your arms.”

Tuesday’s show was also significant because it was Swift’s very first appearance in Switzerland during her 18-year career.

At her final tour stop in Amsterdam, she was joined by boyfriend and Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, who appeared to wipe tears from his face during an acoustic song mashup that included a reference to his jersey number, 87.
