Chris Martin gave Shane Warne’s eldest daughter a VIP pass for Coldplay’s Wembley show

Chris Martin treated Shane Warne’s eldest daughter Brooke to a VIP pass so she could hang out with Coldplay.
The 45-year-old “Yellow” singer gave the late Australian cricket legend’s 25-year-old daughter permission to come backstage and meet the two after seeing them perform at London’s Wembley Stadium on Monday. (08/22/22)
Brooke is currently on holiday in England with her boyfriend Alex Heath and posted a picture of herself hugging Chris along with a gallery of snaps from the performance.
She captioned her photos: “2 of the most incredible nights with very special people. Thank you Chris for all the happiness you bring to everyone around you.”
Elizabeth Hurley’s son Damian, whose mother dated Brooke’s father, a cricket icon, from 2010 to 2013, responded with five heart emojis, while her mother Simone replied with “love” followed by several expressive emojis.
Previously, Chris Martin sang a moving version of the Coldplay song “Yellow” at Shane’s memorial service in March, after Shane died of natural causes on March 4 while on holiday with friends on the Thai island of Koh Samui.
Last year, Shane said, Chris turned to him when he was having a “music writing block,” and the two had been close friends since meeting in a hotel elevator in 2001.
Chris also appeared in the film “Shane,” the documentary about the life of the sports legend released in January.
Meanwhile, Australian broadcaster Channel Nine had announced plans for a new show covering his dramas on and off the field, but his former manager James Erkstine condemned the plans.
He said: “He’s only been dead for a few months and for them to turn it around and think about doing something sensational, well, they should be ashamed of themselves.”
