Queen’s Club, Halle, Berlin – best tips for June 21st

Queen’s Club, Halle, Berlin – best tips for June 21st

Queen’s Club, Berlin and Halle predictions and best bets for June 21

The French Open is behind us and there will be exciting events all over tennis between now and Wimbledon (which I have already previewed). Grass court tournaments are taking place in all parts of the world (Queen’s Club, Berlin and Halle) and there will be some Challenger level events being played too. I will be taking a slightly unconventional approach over the next few weeks and taking advantage of the incredible amount of tennis to find an advantage wherever I can. Below are some of the best tennis tips for the Cinch Championships at the Queen’s Club in London, the ecotrans Ladies Open (German Open) in Berlin and the Terra Wortmann Open (Halle Open) in Halle on Friday 21 June.

I’ll briefly touch on some of my favorite picks below, but I usually have a lot more tennis predictions on the Pro Picks page. I’ll also occasionally add some picks throughout the day, as schedules can sometimes get mixed up due to the international nature of the sport. I also like to see how the odds are developing, but if you want to see more of my picks, check back on the page every few hours.

Record 2024: 408-405 (+48.00 units)

Katerina Siniakova vs Jessica Pegula – Berlin

I’ve been betting on Siniakova in the last two matches, and the Czech responded with wins over Emma Navarro and Qinwen Zheng. Siniakova has now completed two qualifying matches and two main draw matches without dropping a set, showing that her skills are a perfect fit for grass. One of the best doubles players in the world, Siniakova is effective as a server and knows how to win points at the net. She also has a nice aggressive baseline approach and has the wheels to play defense as well. Well, all of that should come in handy against Pegula, who didn’t look like an elite player in 2024.

Pegula also only has a 14-10 record on grass at the WTA level, which means Siniakova has the experience advantage on that surface. She’s 23-21 on grass in her career and knows better how to win matches on fast surfaces. And overall, I just like that she’s really comfortable on the court right now, because that should matter against a player who lacks confidence. Siniakova knows exactly what she has to do out there, while Pegula is still figuring things out this year.

Bet: Siniakova ML (+120 – 1.5 units)

Christopher Eubanks vs. Zhizhen Zhang – Halle

This is a match where Eubanks’ ability to hold serve a little more often could make all the difference. Zhang is the more complete player of the two and he’s a player who has the potential to really improve over the next few years. But Eubanks’ game is absolutely perfect for grass, as it’s almost impossible to get his serve back and his flat backhand is a real weapon when it comes to finishing points quickly. Zhang himself has some power all over the court and is by no means bad as a server. But Zhang occasionally plays sloppy service games. And if that happens to him here, Eubanks will make him pay for it – be it with a break or a tiebreak win. Overall, then, it’s hard not to like Eubanks as a plus-money bet.

Bet: Eubanks ML (+120 – 1.5 units)
