A look at one of the beautiful homes you can tour during the upcoming Tour of Homes and Gardens in Duluth.

The Duluth Woman’s Club is pleased to host its 2024 Tour of Homes and Gardens. Five homes and three gardens will be on display.

WDIO got a first look at one of the homes in Park Point.

It is a beautiful three-story custom built home with a rustic southwestern feel.

Jody Berquist built the home with her late husband, Robert. “I’m honored to be involved in this. We definitely put blood, sweat and tears into it,” she told us.

She now lives there with her current husband, Tom Meador. She added: “It’s our sanctuary. There are amazing views, amazing sunrises. You can walk to the beach.”

Tom told us: “I find the openness of the house special. The rooms seem to have no end.”

They are happy to share the space with others on the tour.

This is the 56th annual event for the Duluth Woman’s Club and will be held on Wednesday, July 17. It is the largest fundraiser for the club and also a great way for club members to come together.

“I find it amazing that we find so many interesting and different houses,” said tour co-leader Ellie Dryer.
