Bengals’ most valuable fantasy football tip is an insider tip

The Cincinnati Bengals have their sights set on many big names in fantasy football for the 2024 season.

Running back Zack Moss, however, is not mentioned often.

However, Gary Davenport of Bleacher Report sounds like he thinks Moss should probably get a little more attention, as he explained when he named Moss’ biggest value to Cincinnati:

Moss played well in place of Jonathan Taylor last year in Indianapolis, managing just under 1,000 yards from scrimmage and making two starts in which the 26-year-old gained more than 120 yards on the ground. Moss also set a career-high in receptions last season. If he can take on a significant portion of the passing work in Cincinnati, he could be a cost-effective source of RB2 numbers.

The fantasy perspective certainly matches real life – Moss is more versatile than Joe Mixon, the guy he replaced in the offseason. He could get a lot of targets in the passing game while also putting up solid numbers as a lead.

Granted, Bengals fans know that second-rounder Chase Brown could play a big role as well. But right now, it’s a rotation, so Moss being the 27th running back in fantasy drafts doesn’t seem like a huge deal for what should be a good performance in an explosive offense.
