Travis Kelce’s wallet suffered a heavy blow for Taylor Swift’s luxury Super Bowl suite, the high price is also a bitter loss

Travis Kelce recently revealed the outrageous price he paid for a suite at Super Bowl LVIII. The lucky guest? His girlfriend, pop superstar Taylor Swift. As it turns out, it was worth a fortune to secure a luxurious seat for the Cruel Summer singer and her celebrity friends, who traded a glamorous night for cheering on the field to watch the Kansas City Chiefs win. Kelce himself made the big reveal in an episode of the Netflix series Receiver.

A recent episode of Netflix’s Receiver, which premiered Wednesday, featured a casual exchange between Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs and George Kittle of the San Francisco 49ers. During their discussion about the 2024 Super Bowl, Kittle shared that his family plans to watch the game from the stands. Kelce’s response subtly hinted that his arrangements would be significantly more expensive.

In one clip, the star tight end asks if Kittle managed to secure a luxury suite for his family and friends, to which he replies, “No, I can’t.” Kelce then interjected, “Because they cost three million dollars?”

Kittle, who secured a lucrative five-year, $75 million contract in 2020, clarified that although he had a “good contract,” he ultimately decided the cost was not justified. So he apparently told his family, “It’s just like, ‘You guys are going to be OK.'”

Travis Kelce “took care” of all his supporters’ suite bills

Shortly before Super Bowl LVIII, Page Six broke the news that the last 32-person suite at Allegiant Stadium had been sold for a staggering $3 million. Shortly after the Chiefs secured their spot in the game, TMZ revealed that Travis Kelce, then 34, allegedly covered the cost of a suite for his fans in Vegas. The NFL star, who has been dating the pop star since last summer, also joked about his spending on his podcast “New Heights” before the game.

He joked that he was “counting how much money” he was “spending on this damn Super Bowl to have family and friends come” and “just making sure I got these finances under control and losing all the money.”
