Lindsay Hubbard says she is ‘in love’ as she defends his privacy

Lindsay Hubbard defended her mysterious boyfriend’s right to privacy, but said the two were “very much in love.”

After Bravo sleuths uncovered the identity of her unknown suitor this week, @Bravoandcocktails_ explained via an Instagram story that the fan account would not release any information about him until the “Summer House” star did so, which would make him “free to access.”

Hubbard, who is pregnant with her first child, reshared the post on her own Story, saying her boyfriend’s privacy “isn’t about whether we’re proud of each other or not.”

“He is extremely proud to be my boyfriend and the father of my child, and vice versa. We love each other very much and have a wonderful relationship,” she wrote. “This is about his work, his privacy, and the fact that it is not his job to be in the public eye like I am.”

The 37-year-old Bravolebrity gave her fans a sneak peek at her boyfriend, sharing a photo of them at a wedding in Portugal, but at the time she used a brown heart emoji to hide his face.

Hubbard also thanked her partner in the caption for being a great “help” to her while she kept her pregnancy a secret.

“Hiding this news was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do! (Mentally, emotionally, and physically) 🥵,” she told her followers before describing the timeline of her pregnancy.

Hubbard’s biggest life event comes after she recovered from her ex-fiancé Carl Radke, who called off their engagement shortly before their wedding. Radke, 39, decided to split from the former PR professional on camera, but later admitted he has some regrets about how he handled the situation.

“It was scary. It was confusing. It was emotional. And I feel really bad about how everything ended up turning out,” Radke said on the “Salty With Captain Lee” podcast in November 2023.

Hubbard then told Glamour in a profile published in May that she realized in hindsight that she “got off lightly” when her fiancé broke up with her.

“I’m really grateful that the universe or God or whatever higher being you believe in intervened and saved me from a really long, hard, rough life ahead of me,” she said.

While Hubbard has definitely moved on, Radke appears to be back on the dating scene. Photos provided exclusively to Page Six on Tuesday show the former TV assistant enjoying a night out with a mystery brunette at the Everdene Bar in the Virgin Hotel in New York City.
