Audrina Patridge has made her relationship with country singer Michael Ray official on Instagram: The couple confirmed their budding relationship with a sweet Instagram snapshot on Tuesday.

The 39-year-old “The Hills” alumna, who was married to BMX dirt bike rider Corey Bohan until their divorce in 2018, hopped on her main page to upload the latest photo for her 1.7 million followers.

In the picture, both the TV star and 36-year-old Michael can be seen snuggling up to each other with happy smiles.

Patridge’s left hand gently rested on the sitter’s neck as they took the photo long after sunset outdoors at Tooth & Nail Winery in Paso Robles.

She wore a black leather jacket over her shoulders and Ray wore a short-sleeved black shirt.

In the caption of the post, she wrote the quote, “There are many things in life worth letting go of. But the things that mean the most to you are the ones you have to hold on to,” followed by a white heart emoji.

Social media users flocked to the comments section to share their support and joy over the new romance.

Michael herself sweetly gushed: “Here we go baby!!! I’m thankful for you and Kirra (heart emoji),” referring to her eight-year-old daughter, whom she has with her ex-husband.

One typed: “Ahhhhh, tough start, good to see you happy!” and another added: “Yay!!!!! Finally!!!!! The secret is out, I’m so happy for you both!”

“Love looks good on you guys (heart emoji),” wrote one Instagram user, with a fan adding, “Omgggg wait I love this!!!”

Although it’s unclear when the lovebirds first met or when a romance began, Audrina shared a photo of the couple on her Instagram stories late last month – but did not confirm the relationship with Ray.

In the snap, the reality star and the “Wish I Was Here” singer paused for a hug as he lifted her into the air with her legs wrapped around his waist.

The two can be seen kissing with Michael’s back to the camera as the photo was taken outdoors next to a quiet street.

After the two stars began liking each other’s posts in recent months, fans began to speculate about a possible romance.

Patridge was previously married to Corey Bohan after the two began a relationship in 2008, and he proposed to her in 2015.

Their daughter Kirra was born in June 2016 – five months later the couple said “yes”.

The following year, Audrina filed for divorce and obtained both a temporary restraining order and a child abduction prevention order against Bohan.

In 2022, the TV personality spoke openly about the “toxic relationship” with her ex on the podcast “Call Her Daddy.”

She accused the dirt bike rider of domestic violence and also claimed that he called her “pathetic,” “a fake cunt,” and “a loser.”

Audrina also claimed that Corey cheated on her during their relationship, but tried to keep their toxic relationship out of the public eye. “I had to pull myself together. I had to get up the next day and go film and pretend everything was OK.”

“I started learning to block it out and perform with a smile, do what I had to do and cry afterwards. You turn it on when you need it for the cameras.”

“I’ve tried to hide it from a lot of people because it’s embarrassing and humiliating,” she explained, but admitted that the situation has only gotten “worse.”

The end of the relationship and marriage came after an incident in which Bohan allegedly pushed her while she was holding their daughter – who was still an infant at the time.

“The situation continued to escalate. As I was pushed back, Kirra started screaming and crying and I started screaming and crying and he realized what had happened.”

“He started crying, everything got out of control and worse. Then my family got involved and the police,” Audrina recalled. “At that moment I knew that was the end. After what had happened, I knew he would not change.”

She later added: “It takes a long time to recover from that and feel like yourself and lovable again. But someone will love you again, don’t think you’re never good enough to be loved, because you are.”

During the podcast episode, Patridge also stated that she is “open to dating,” but added, “I’m not dating for myself, I’m dating for my daughter too. Whoever I date next, it has to be real.”

Michael Ray was also married to country singer Carly Pearce in the past. The two married in October 2019, but after only eight months of marriage, she filed for divorce in June 2020.

In July last year, he reflected on the separation in the Bobbycast podcast and what led to the divorce after less than a year of marriage.

Of their relationship before marriage, Michael said, “I probably would have taken it slower. I wouldn’t have been so influenced by people, you know, fans who were involved.”

“To be honest, I think I knew at the beginning or around that time that we probably should have slowed this down…”

He later explained that both he and Carly had “messed up in a lot of ways” before their wedding. “I didn’t show up after our wedding day because there were a lot of things she hadn’t shown up for by that point.”

“And it was just like that – things happened that day that made me think, ‘I’m done. I’m out.'”

However, according to Ray, the divorce was quiet. “We owned nothing together. We both signed prenuptial agreements. I haven’t seen or spoken to her in three and a half years.”

“I went my way, she went hers. The divorce papers were sent to my manager’s office. I signed them. They were sent to her manager’s office, she signed them. That was it.”
