Cursive Share New song “Botch Job”: Listen

Last month, Cursive announced their 10th studio album and their debut on Run For Cover. DevourerThe emo greats unveiled the second track “Up And Away” and now release the opener “Botch Job” along with the tour dates.

“‘Botch Job’ is a reflection on what you’ve done with your life and the unfulfilled feelings that can accompany such thoughts,” said singer and guitarist Tim Kasher. “At this point, I don’t care about the damage my body has suffered from years of abuse. It’s those fear-driven gremlins that keep you restless in the middle of the night, but captured in a song.”

“Botch Job” is a headbang-worthy smash about disillusionment. Watch the Travis Stevens-directed music video and see the band’s upcoming performances below.
