Landman and the Taylor Sheridan TV universe

Landman is just the latest offering from the prolific Sheridan, whose deal to show his series on Pramount+ has paid off hugely for the streamer in a highly competitive market. His shows are among the top attractions on the platform and have attracted Hollywood’s biggest names. These include the Yellowstone Spin-offs 1883 (with Tim McGraw and Sam Elliott) and 1923 (with Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren). His other shows for the streamer include Tulsa King (with Sylvester Stallone), Mayor of Kingstown (with Jeremy Renner), Law Enforcer: Bass Reeves (with David Oyelowo) and lioness (with Zoe Saldaña and Nicole Kidman).

Paramount hopes that the premiere of Landman will beat the last episodes of Yellowstonewhich will also air on the Paramount Network, the studio’s cable channel, in November. This series has its own problems, as lead actor Kevin Costner is leaving. Paramount is hoping that Yellowstone Fans will migrate to Farmer.
