Boys and Girls Club of Ukiah fundraiser raises $27,938; goal is $65,000 – The Ukiah Daily Journal

The Ukiah Daily Journal’s annual fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Ukiah has now reached $27,938 toward a goal of $65,000 to support this important community service.

Recent donations include: Anonymous $200, Carol & James Howlett $200, Kay & Monte Hill $200, Ann & James Denham $100.

The Boys and Girls Club of Ukiah appreciates donors including a personal note with their donation, such as this one: “This donation of $200 is made in memory of Bob Hardie to support your efforts at the Boys & Girls Club of Ukiah. Kay and Monte Hill”

You can join other community members and organizations supporting the club by sending donations to Boys and Girls Club of Ukiah, PO Box 67, Ukiah CA 95482.

The Ukiah Daily Journal hosts this event every year because we know how important it is that the children in our area are not sitting at home alone or wandering aimlessly through the streets. Working parents need the sanctuary of the club to have peace of mind, knowing that their children are happy and safe and not bored or having problems at home.

To support the campaign, send donations to Boys and Girls Club of Ukiah, PO Box 67, Ukiah, CA 95482. Donations can also be dropped off at the UDJ office at 415A Talmage Road. As always, we will print the names of donors to thank them for their help unless anonymity is requested.
