Lee’s Famous Chicken expands to another Michigan city

One of the most saturated industries in America is the food industry. There are so many chain restaurants, high-end restaurants, and small family-run businesses that you could put the world on a pedestal. Making a living in the restaurant industry is one of the hardest things you can do, but in most cases, chain restaurants come out on top because people know what to expect.

No, I’m not saying all restaurant chains are the same, but they are similar and it gives a sense of comfort when ordering even if it’s not the place you normally go. Chicken restaurants often compete with each other to be the best and everyone’s favorite, but the debate is still unanswered. Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken is one of the leading chicken chains in the country, and this year it’s finding a home in a new Michigan city.

Lee’s has several locations in the Midwest and in Michigan they already have 9 locations with another to be added in the next few months. Two of those 9 locations are in southwest Michigan as Kalamazoo has two locations, one downtown and the other near Portage and now they are adding another southwest Michigan city.

Battle Creek will welcome the newest location of Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken in Michigan, making it three locations in Southwest Michigan. The new shop will be located at 14301 Beadle Lake Road and Lee’s website states that it will open soon as construction is still being completed. Rumor has it that the location will open next month, but that is not confirmed at this time.
