Tony is running out of topics, but Chris isn’t yet.

Tony Paul and Chris McCosky discuss the struggling Tigers, who have lost four games in a row and fallen to a season-high six games under .500.

Heading into this weekend’s series at Comerica Park against the Chicago White Sox (20-55), who are currently in last place, the Tigers (34-40) rank 24th in batting average (.230), 12th in earned run average (3.86) and 26th in fielding (.982 fielding percentage).

Can they get back to winning ways against the White Sox before the National League-leading Philadelphia Phillies (49-25) come to town for a three-game series next week? Will they call up Parker Meadows? Is this a sinking ship or is there still hope before the All-Star break in Texas next month?

Tony and Chris take a look at a tough two weeks for the Tigers, who have a 3-10 record since June 5 with three convincing wins (10-2 against Milwaukee, 7-2 against Washington, 13-5 against Houston), but have scored just 17 runs and kept three clean sheets in those 10 losses.
