Love’s and EG America are among the retailers offering deals on National Hot Dog Day

Retailers across the U.S. have announced special deals for the upcoming National Hot Dog Day, which takes place on July 17. Two chains that have committed to offering discounts on the popular offering are Love’s and EG America.

For the annual celebration, Love’s has partnered with Schwab Meat Co. to give customers a free hot dog or rotisserie meal at all participating stores across the company’s 42 states.

“Our customers are at the heart of everything we do,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of food service at Love’s. “National Hot Dog Day is a wonderful way for us to thank our loyal customers and introduce new customers to the quality and convenience we deliver every day.”

Love’s customers can get the barcode for their free hot dog or roller grill item for one day only through the Love’s Connect app. Available roller grill items include Schwab’s Hot Dogs, Tornados, Roller Bites and more. A full selection of toppings is also available.

Love’s Connect loyalty program members also have access to a number of other offers through the mobile app, including a 10 cent per gallon fuel discount.

At EG America, customers will find hot dog deals all week long beginning on the 15th. The deals are available at the following stores across the U.S.: Cumberland Farms, Turkey Hill, Quik Stop, Certified Oil, Fastrac, Tom Thumb, Minit Mart, Kwik Shop, Loaf ‘N Jug and Sprint.

• Tuesday, July 16: Buy a hot dog and get one free
• Wednesday, July 17: Two hot dogs for $2
• Thursday, July 18: Buy a hot dog and get one free
• Friday, July 19: Free large soft drink with purchase of two hot dogs
• Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21: Buy two hot dogs, get one free
