Goodwill Industries of Arkansas appoints Taylor and Alderman to leadership positions

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas (GIA) has named Bryant Taylor vice president of donated goods and Louis Alderman director of operations.

Taylor will oversee strategic operations and management of GIA’s 35 retail stores, as well as fundraising, e-commerce and mission integration at the retail stores. Alderman will lead the outlet and production teams at the Goodwill Resource Centers in Little Rock and Rogers, and will oversee transportation, sustainability efforts and procurement.

“We are excited to add these two strategic thinkers to our leadership team,” said President and CEO Brian Marsh. “Both Bryant and Louis bring a wealth of experience and expertise in leadership roles. They are team builders with a focus on operational efficiency and process and project management. They will help grow our business and increase its efficiency so that we can expand our mission and serve even more Arkansans through education, training and employment.”

Taylor previously served as vice president of innovation and information technology for Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio. From 2020 to 2023, he also served as vice president of donated goods, overseeing 21 retail locations and 10 donation centers. Taylor began his career with Goodwill in 2010 at Manasota Goodwill in South Florida and held various training and production roles until 2018.

Alderman brings extensive experience in logistics and operations management and served as vice president of national operations at Staley Technologies from 2008 to 2024. Prior to Staley Technologies, Alderman held various operational supervisory and management positions at Loomis Fargo from 1998 to 2007.
