Following his arrest for drunk driving in the Hamptons, Sag Harbor police have released a mug shot of Justin Timberlake

Justin Timberlake can be seen with bloodshot eyes in his mug shot released on Tuesday.

The star was arrested for drunk driving in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons early Tuesday morning. Justin reportedly ran a stop sign and was seen “skidding.”

The singer’s mug shot showed him looking expressionless directly into the camera, but his eyes were shiny and very blue.

Justin was reportedly hanging out with friends at the American Hotel when he left the hotel and got into his car around 12:30 a.m. He was reportedly on his way to his apartment before he was stopped.

Police sources told TMZ that the Sexyback singer had “glassy eyes” and police smelled alcohol on his breath. He also failed the breathalyzer test, unable to walk, turn and balance on one leg.

Justin’s friends reportedly arrived at the scene and tried to persuade the cops to let Justin go, but they wouldn’t budge. The singer was handcuffed and arrested before being taken into custody.

The Suffolk County District Attorney issued a statement Tuesday morning saying, “On June 18, 2024, Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor for DUI. He will be arraigned this morning in Sag Harbor Village Court. We have no further comment at this time.”

He appeared in court wearing a dark colored band t-shirt under an open short-sleeved black button-down shirt. He tried to conceal his identity as best as possible with a black baseball cap and dark black sunglasses.

Justin was charged with drunk driving, disregarding a stop sign and “failing to stay in his lane.” The singer’s court date is set for July 26 – the same day the European leg of his Forget Tomorrow World Tour begins in Krakow, Poland.

It is unclear how his court date and arrest would affect his world tour. His last show was in Miami on June 15 at the Kaseya Center.

His next two shows will be in Chicago starting June 21st. Justin will then travel to New York to perform two days at Madison Square Garden on June 25th and 26th.
