Thrive AI Health’s goal is to develop AI-powered assistive technologies to democratize access to expert-level health coaching to improve health outcomes.

The startup will use generative AI to hyper-personalize and scale behavioral changes in the five most important and interconnected daily behaviors that determine health: sleep, nutrition, fitness, stress management, and connectivity.

According to a press release, the new company will leverage resources from OpenAI and Thrive Global, including Thrive Global’s leading behavior change methodology, microsteps and content library.

“Thrive AI Health Coach is the product that overcomes the limitations of current AI and LLM-based solutions by providing personalized, proactive and data-driven coaching for the five daily behaviors,” said DeCarlos Love, CEO of Thrive AI Health.

“In this way, we will improve health outcomes, reduce health costs and significantly combat chronic diseases worldwide.”
