Cause of death of porn star Jesse Jane announced by officials

The cause of death of Jesse Jane has been announced by authorities.

A summary of an autopsy report from the Oklahoma Medical Examiner’s Office lists “fentanyl and cocaine intoxication” as the probable cause of death for the porn star, who died on January 24 alongside her boyfriend Brett Hasenmueller. The death was ruled an accident.

Authorities found Jane, whose real name was Cindy Taylor, and Hasenmueller dead in a home in Moore, Oklahoma, after receiving a call to conduct a wellness check. At the time, a Moore Police representative said: Weekly entertainment that the police suspect a drug overdose, but this suspicion has not yet been confirmed by the forensic medicine department.

Jane was born in Fort Worth, Texas in 1980. Her best known appearance in a non-pornographic project was in an episode of entourage in 2005. The actress played a woman in a second-season episode who helped Vincent (Adrian Grenier) and E (Kevin Connolly) deal with an aggressive reporter (Rainn Wilson).

Jane also hosted Playboy TVs Night calls with Kirsten Price from 2006 to 2007. She played a small role in Todd Phillips’ Starsky & Hutch starring Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson and later appeared in Middlemen with Luke Wilson and Giovanni Ribisi.
