Britney Spears has openly addressed her boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz on her Instagram page and explained that their relationship is over.

The award-winning singer questioned Soliz’s behavior towards her during an interaction with the paparazzi.

She wrote: “Why did he drive through a neighborhood at 90 while a paparazzi was following him and then roll down the window when the paparazzi pulled up next to me???? Then he calls his mom and says he’s being harassed. Why did he roll down the window while I was sitting in the seat crying??”

Spears also posted a cryptic quote on the platform: “Her attitude is wild, but her heart is made of gold.”

The singer then declared that she was single in a now-deleted caption, writing, “Single as f-ck.” She also added, “I will never be with another man in my life!!!”

The controversial relationship between Britney Spears and Paul Richard Soliz began in 2023

Spears and Soliz’s relationship became public in September 2023 when her divorce from ex-husband Sam Asghari was reported.

Sources close to the “Toxic” singer reported Page Six that her family and friends had concerns about her romance with Soliz, whom Spears had originally hired as a handyman.

These concerns were heightened when Soliz’s criminal record revealed that he had previously been charged with several misdemeanors and at least one felony.

An insider said at the time that a relationship with the craftsman was not a good idea. He noted: “He was no good from the start.”

Mancilla added that Soliz was once “married and now he is denying his children. He is neglecting his children for Spears.”

Before she began her controversial relationship with Soliz, Spears had just finalized her divorce from her ex-husband Sam Asghari after about a year of marriage.

Spears and Asghari married in June 2022 at their Los Angeles home, six years after they met on the set of the 2016 music video “Slumber Party.”

However, in August 2023, Asghari filed for divorce and announced the separation in his Instagram story.

The message read: “After 6 years of love and devotion to each other, my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold on to the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Shit happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous so I will just ask everyone, including the media, to be kind and considerate.”

Eight months after the initial filing, Spears and Asghari finalized their divorce, according to documents E! News.

The documents stated that the divorce was amicable, meaning the former couple “had entered into a written agreement regarding their property and rights under the marriage or civil partnership, including maintenance.”

While Spears’ controversial relationship with Soliz is ongoing, the singer is reportedly trying to reconcile with her sons Sean and Jayden, as well as her ex Kevin Federline.

During an interview with Entertainment tonight On June 25, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan provided an update on her relationship with the boys.

He said: “Reconciliation and the repair of relationships are difficult and take time. They are sometimes complicated and always a long process. The process has not really begun, let alone is it complete.”

Kaplan then talked about some improvements that have occurred in the relationship between Spears and her children over the past year.

He explained: “The good thing is that the boys have seen that their mother is doing well and have a desire to talk to her. There has been some telephone communication between Britney and her sons and we think that is a step in the right direction.”
