Ice Spice put a crowd full of Taylor Swift haters in their place during her performance at the Rolling Loud Europe Festival in Vienna on Sunday.

The 24-year-old rapper entertained the Austrian capital with her hits as she launched into the remix version of Taylor Swift’s song “Karma”, on which she herself can be heard.

Many people in the crowd seen on video did not seem to like Swift’s song, as they were seen booing and giving a thumbs down.

But Ice Spice – who was part of Taylor’s team when she cheered on her boyfriend Travis Kelce at this year’s Super Bowl – kept her cool and instead mocked the trolls with a seemingly sweet gesture.

The hitmaker – real name Isis Naija Gaston – put her immaculately manicured hand to her mouth and blew kisses to the disruptive audience members as Taylor’s song played over the PA system.

Aside from facing Taylor Swift’s critics, the rest of Ice Spice’s festival performance seemed to go smoothly.

For her performance, Ice Spice wore straight, tangerine-colored hair that reached down to her hips.

She wore a sheer green lace bodysuit with skin-tight straps that ran up the sides of her legs and over her stomach.

The rapper rounded off the colorful look with a pair of short, chunky black boots.

“Karma” first saw the world as a solo song by the 34-year-old Eras Tour actress on her 2022 album “Midnights,” but was only released as a single in May last year.

The song was another huge hit for Swift, and the remix featuring Ice Spice was similarly popular; the new version reached number two on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart.

Ice Spice’s presence was initially met with controversy by fans of both artists, with some believing that Taylor was simply trying to tone down the public criticism she had received over her relationship with The 1979 frontman Matty Healy. Healy had participated in a series of jokes about her on the podcast series “The Adam Friedland Show” with comedians Adam Friedland and Nick Mullen, which some listeners described as racist.

Taylor and Matty sparked rumors of a relationship in early 2023, but they did not make their relationship official until May of last year.

However, due to the controversy surrounding Healy’s podcast appearance, the two quietly split in June 2023, about a month after the release of their collaboration with Ice Spice.

Fans feared that Taylor only collaborated with Ice Spice to deflect criticism of her relationship with The 1979’s Matty Healy, who responded to allegedly racist jokes about the rapper on a podcast. However, Taylor told Spotify that Ice Spice’s team first reached out because the rapper is a fan; seen in Vienna on Sunday

The billionaire musician later downplayed the allegations, saying she was just doing damage control. In an interview with Spotify via Cosmopolitan, she claimed Ice Spice was the first to come forward.

“Collaborating with Ice Spice on Karma was one of the most natural things. She reached out through her team and just said, ‘Hey, you know, Ice has been a huge fan of Taylor’s since she was a kid, we’d love to collaborate if it ever comes to that,'” Taylor explained as she revealed the genesis of their successful collaboration.

“I was listening to Ice Spice nonstop – when I was getting ready for my tour, I was just listening to Ice Spice all the time,” Taylor continued. “So I immediately got her number and said, ‘Hey, do you want to do your version of Karma, do you know anything about it?’ And she jumped into it headfirst.”

Since then, Ice Spice and Taylor have been good friends and the rapper is an integral part of the singer-songwriter’s group of celebrity friends.
