Taylor Swift thanks Amsterdam for ‘3 magical nights’ of the Eras tour after singing Mary’s Song for boyfriend Travis Kelce for the first time in 16 years

Taylor Swift ended her Eras tour on July 6 in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The 34-year-old singer of “Tortured Poets Department” thanked the fans on Instagram who came and sang with her from the bottom of their hearts.

“Three magical nights in Amsterdam!! Thank you to everyone who came to these shows, sang their hearts out and danced with us all night long!”

“See you soon, Zurich!” the Anti-Hero hitmaker captioned the post with photos of her concerts on July 4, 5 and 6.

34-year-old Travis Kelce attended two of her performances in the Dutch capital and for one of her surprise songs she pulled out a fan favorite – and fans were convinced that he cried while Taylor sang.

She performed Mary’s Song for the first time in 16 years. The pop star hadn’t sung the song live since 2008, when she performed it at McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

“Mary’s Song” was included on Taylor’s eponymous debut album, released in 2006 when she was still an aspiring teenage country star.

The tune was part of a mashup with “So High School” by “Tortured Poets Department” and “Everything Has Changed” by “Red” and seemed to make the Super Bowl champion emotional.

The Grammy winner ended the song with a line from Mary’s song: “I’ll be 87, you’ll be 89 / I’ll still be looking at you like the stars that shine / In the sky, oh my goodness.”

This text has a new and special meaning since she is dating Kelce. Both were born in 1989 and his jersey number is 87.

Kelce met Swift again on the final leg of her worldwide Eras tour in the Dutch capital and also attended their recent shows in London and Dublin.

His presence in Amsterdam on Friday night was confirmed when Swift sang “Karma” and “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs coming home to me” – which she usually only does when he is there.

Taylor and Travis delighted the singer’s crowd of Dutch fans as they left the stage hand-in-hand on Saturday, the final night of their Eras tour shows in Amsterdam.

The fans waiting in the wings eagerly awaited the couple marching ahead of them and went wild when they finally appeared.

Kelce cheered on his girlfriend, waving his arms in the air to signal further cheers from the crowd.

Swift walked hand in hand and continued to enjoy the admiration as she waved goodbye to her Dutch fans as she prepares to take her show to another city.

Swift’s next shows will be on July 9 and 10 in Zurich, Switzerland.
