Real Madrid target is “obsessed” with a move to the club

A top target of La Liga giants Real Madrid is keen to join the club this summer.

This is the view of transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who names Leny Yoro as the player in question.

Of course, young Yoro’s name has been in media headlines across the continent for some time now.

This comes against the backdrop of a number of top European clubs being interested in his services.

The 18-year-old is considered the next big star in French football and is known to be at the top of the wish list of La Liga champions Real Madrid.

Real are looking to strengthen their defence following the now confirmed departure of captain Nacho and have long had their eye on Yoro as someone who could lead the club’s defence for the next decade and beyond.

And if the latest media reports from Sunday are to be believed, the interest of both parties is more than mutual.

In an interview on his official YouTube channel this evening, the aforementioned Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Yoro is “obsessed” with playing for Real Madrid.

Talks between the two clubs are ongoing and there is confidence that an agreement will be reached in the end.
