NFL training camp is upon us, and once it starts, many players’ fantasy values will change drastically. This could be due to outstanding or poor performance, unexpected opportunities, or just the excitement of the media and coaches. The value of these players will only skyrocket from here on out. No matter what format you play in, find a way to get these players in your lineup now, because their price will never be lower. First, let’s focus on the quarterbacks.

Washington Commanders

Daniels is the best quarterback in the 2024 NFL Draft. Once he steps on the field and the media gets a look at him and sees what the offense looks like under his leadership, the hype train will be in full swing.

He will be drafted as QB1 in all formats come August. Now they have a real NFL quarterback and will instantly remind the world how talented they are.

Combine that with the fact that there’s a real chance this team adds another star wideout, and Daniels’ value will skyrocket. We also have no doubt that the coaches will agree that he looks incredible and is a surefire Week 1 starter.

New York Jets

We have been critical of Rodgers and the Jets and we stand by that. He is currently drafted as QB20. However, if you are someone who believes in Rodgers, now is the time to get him.

The news on him has been negative so far, as he selfishly skipped the mandatory minicamp due to an already scheduled date. Once he steps on the field, the world can’t help but believe and hype both the Jets and Rodgers. The media will say he looks healthy and ready to play.

Coaches’ jobs depend on him, so we know they’ll be singing his praises. Of course, there are people who just can’t get over the name and the player he once was. By the time most leagues start recruiting players, he’ll be at least top 15 in ADP.

Atlanta Falcons

Cousins just needs to show he’s healthy and get confirmation from the coaches that he’ll start in Week 1 for his value to rise significantly. Both of those things will likely happen very early once training camp begins.

After that, it won’t be long before fantasy owners realize that he’s been a consistently productive fantasy quarterback for a long time and now potentially has the best, or one of the best, young arms in the league. Those are all hard arguments to argue.

The blame has always been placed on poor quarterback play in Atlanta, and never on the players themselves, who underperformed compared to their perceived talent level. It’s clear that , and will break out with a serviceable starting QB this season. Cousins will benefit from her breakout as much as anyone else.

Tennessee Titans

This is a big, strong, young quarterback with a ton of new weapons who will thrive in practice because of his physical attributes. Expect comparisons to a young quarterback who is getting more and more attention when it comes to guys like , , , and .

Whether his play in practice will translate into the regular season is something we are very skeptical about. That said, he is currently being drafted as a QB3 or very late QB2 in most leagues. He is expected to rise into the top 20 by the start of the preseason.

A rough, inaccurate quarterback rarely develops into a star starter. More often than not, they become turnover machines who occasionally come up with an incredible highlight but ultimately fall flat on their face. Allen has given fantasy owners a hope they can’t ignore.

Los Angeles Chargers

Herbert is currently drafted as QB18. There is no chance of this trend continuing. After a bad year and losing his top three weapons, his current value has dropped. You will see this change drastically and quickly in July.

Fantasy owners have fallen too much in love with his strong arm and potential to let him fall as far as he is now. Maybe the name is more important than the production, but once we get reports on how great one of their wideouts looks, his value will go up. There is no doubt that he will be nothing more than a mediocre QB2 by the end of the preseason.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Now all that’s left is to figure out who Pittsburgh’s starter is, and when Week 1 begins, it will be Wilson. Mike Tomlin always has the Steelers in “win now” mode, and he’ll believe the veteran gives him the best chance of another shot at the playoffs.

is viewed as a potential shooting star and Russ will be the one throwing the ball to him. Right now, Wilson is drafted just inside the top 30 QBs. Once he establishes himself as the man in Pittsburgh, he will sit around the QB25 spot.
