Dwayne Johnson releases exciting update on live-action film “Vaiana”

Dwayne Johnson has announced that Disney’s Vaiana – The wonderful world of love A live-action film is officially in the works.

The 52-year-old actor, who plays the role of demigod Maui in the animated film Vaiana 2 – The Great Adventuretook to Instagram and revealed: “Production begins this August.”

Frankie Adams will play Moana’s mother Sina and Rena Owen will play her grandmother Gramma Tala. The film was directed by Thomas Kail and the music for the live-action film was composed by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
