Taylor Swift dedicated not just one but three songs to Travis Kelce in a mashup

In addition to “Mary’s Song,” Swift also sang “So High School” and “Everything Has Changed” for Kelce.

Taylor Swift ended her last night in Amsterdam with a special performance as part of her Eras tour, singing a love mashup dedicated to her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

“I can’t believe it, but I haven’t played this song on the Eras tour yet, so it’s fun,” Swift noted, holding her guitar to a packed crowd at the Johan Cruijff Arena.

Dressed in a pink dress, she began strumming her guitar and singing “Hit the ground, hit the ground, oh, oh,” prompting the crowd to cheer as she recognized “Sweeter Than Fiction,” a bonus track from “1989 (Taylor’s Version)” written for the 2013 film One Chance.

Swift’s performance included songs from her albums “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version),” “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” “Folklore,” and “Midnights.” She also incorporated “Holy Ground” from “Red (Taylor’s Version)” into her mashup.

During the performance, Swift sat down at the piano and said, “Okay, you get bonus points if you know the words to this, because it’s from my first album and I’ve never played it on the Eras tour.”

She then sang “Mary’s Song (Oh My My My)” with the line, “I’ll be eighty-seven, you’ll be eighty-nine, I’ll still be looking at you like the stars shining in the sky, oh, my, my, my.” This line is significant because Kelce’s jersey number is 87 and “1989” is one of her albums.

Swift continued her tribute, singing “So High School,” a song from “The Tortured Poets Department” that she wrote about Kelce, and “Everything Has Changed,” a love song from “Red (Taylor’s Version).”

Almost a year ago, on July 8, Kelce attended the Eras Tour in Kansas City wearing a friendship bracelet with his number on it, hoping to give it to Swift. Since then, their relationship has blossomed.

Swift has 22 more shows to play in Europe before taking a two-month break and heading to North America in the fall.
