Dyson Airstrait Hair Straightener

It features advanced technology that can straighten wet hair without extreme temperatures.

It has intelligent heat control. Glass bead thermistors measure the temperature of the airflow up to 16 times per second to prevent heat damage and preserve the hair’s natural shine. This data is sent to the microprocessor, which regulates the heating element and ensures that the airflow does not exceed the required temperature.

Inside is a 27mm Hyperdymium motor. It is small, lightweight and powerful enough to generate the airflow needed to dry and straighten hair at the same time, even when it is wet.

A 13-blade impeller rotates at up to 106,000 rpm and pushes over 11.9 liters of air per second through the device. This creates an air pressure of up to 3.5 kPa, which is enough to straighten hair while drying.

It offers three modes: Wet, Dry and Cool. Wet and Dry modes are preset with the specific combination of heat and airflow for optimal results. In Wet mode, users can choose between three heat settings of <80°C (175°F), 100°C (212°F) and 115°C (239°F).

Choose between <100 °C (212 °F) or 130 °C (266 °F) in “Dry” mode or a “Boost” refresh mode at 130 °C.

To control the airflow, there are two speed settings, low flow and high flow, as well as a cold air and root drying mode.

The company is offering the Dyson Airstrait hair straightener – Prussian Blue/Satin Copper and Light Nickel/Satin Copper – for Rs 45,900.
