Titans mourn the tragic death of Vikings CB Khyree Jackson

The Tennessee Titans were one of many mourning the tragic death of Khyree Jackson, cornerback and 2024 fourth-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings, who passed away overnight following a car accident.

Accordingly Maryland State PoliceJackson was in the passenger seat of one of the three cars involved in the crash. The driver allegedly responsible for the crash was traveling at a high rate of speed when his car struck the car Jackson was in. Alcohol “may have been a contributing factor,” authorities said.

All three occupants of the car Jackson was driving were tragically killed, but the occupants of the other two cars – including the car believed to be responsible for the accident – were uninjured.

“Our deepest condolences go out to Khyree’s family and the Minnesota Vikings organization for this tragic loss,” the Titans posted on social media.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Titans and the rest of the football world, as well as with Jackson’s friends and family, during this unimaginably difficult time.
