Taylor by Candlelight takes place simultaneously with her Epoch Tour Performances in the city as the last leg of their European tour.

Swift will kick off her first London tour on Friday, June 21, staying in the city for three nights before heading to Dublin. She will return to Wembley Stadium in August for five more performances.

During her eight nights in London, Swift could add almost $381 million to the UK’s capital economy, according to data released by the Greater London Authority (GLA) on Thursday, June 20. According to the GLA, around 700,000 people are expected to watch Swift’s performance in London.

“The Epoch Tour has broken records and caused a great deal of excitement, so I am delighted that Taylor Swift has chosen to perform more nights in London than anywhere else in the world,” said the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khansaid. “Their eight performances will bring nearly 700,000 fans from across the country and beyond to Wembley Stadium, giving a huge boost to our hospitality industry and further proof that London is the greatest city in the world to experience live music.”

Khan, 53, added that there would be “celebrations across the capital” ahead of Swift’s opening performance on Friday, including a special subway map, walking trail and murals in Swift’s honor.

“I encourage Swifties to not only enjoy the amazing shows but also to make the most of everything London has to offer and hope that even more people will be encouraged to enjoy the incredible live music available in our city,” he concluded.

Swift kicked her out Epoch Tour in March 2023 and confirmed during their 100th show earlier this month that performances will end in December.

“People have been asking, ‘How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?'” Swift told the audience in Liverpool. “Celebrating the 100th show is me acknowledging and admitting for the first time that this tour is going to end in December. Like, that’s it.”
