Marjorie Taylor Greene mocked after unexpected GOP confession
Republican Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia has finally found common ground with the Democrats.
“Our Republican majority is a complete failure” she wrote on Xformerly known as Twitter, in a post that quickly went viral as critics immediately agreed with the far-right conspiracy theorist.
She added: a message that it is “finished” Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-Louisiana) showed signs that there may be efforts to remove him after only five months in office.
Greene, who spoke at a white nationalist event in 2022, also showed footage of an apparently chaotic scene at the border.
“Tomorrow, Speaker Johnson will fund the government that caused this invasion,” she wrote. “I vote NO! SHUT IT DOWN!”
Republicans had a chance to pass a bipartisan border bill that would also include funding for many conservative priorities, but when Donald Trump asked them to do so, they opposed it because he did not want to hand President Joe Biden a legislative victory before this year’s election.
Greene’s unexpected admission of the Republicans’ “total failure” resulted in the agreement of many of her critics:
What else is new? Maybe you should have voted for the border law 🤷🏻♀️

Today, both Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene and Senator Mike Lee declared that the Republican majority in the House of Representatives has been a complete failure.
Representative Chip Roy had previously stated that the Republicans had achieved nothing with their majority.
Numerous other Republicans…

Finally you have written a sentence that I can agree with without reservation, Midge!
It is almost as if your entire party consists of the opposition and would be completely incapable of governing if given power.
(And by “almost” I mean “exactly”).
